Usiness/total rip off

We have a contract with Nashua and we noticed that they were billing us incorrectly and when we took it up with them, after the bill kept on changing in days. Today you owe 2500 and tommorrow, 3800. We asked for a print out and we got nothing and they locked the phones and we waited for 2months, nothing and we decided to go to Nashua and sort it out but we were sent from post to pillar and nobody had answers. We then decide to pay and this tome, it was R8, 333 from 4, 500 but we paid, to open the phones and with the hope of sorting the mass later. They opened the phones and closed them after a week and up to today, we still waiting for the answers. Now we told, the account has been handed over, and yet nobody knows why and yet we paid over 8000 . You call, you hold for hours and when you go to branch and they tell you, the phones are on prepaid now and handed over and when we ask, how is that going to work or even possible, because we don't owe them and why can't they take their phones then, because, it is no lo ger the contract we have with them.
