Shockingly bad service

I recently tool out a contract and requested that my existing pre-paid cell number be used in the new contract. The phone was not registered on the network so I called in to rectify the issue. Numerous phone calls later during which I was transferred and put on hold I received no help. Eventually I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold again. This is the most incompetent call centre I have ever encountered.
