8 TA SIM NOT REGISTERING

Hi,
purchased an 8 Ta SIM from CNA, the RICA was done successfully and i was advised that SIM will be active in about an hour, Its been 5 days but everytime i insert my SIM on the phone, there is no registration happening. SIM no 8927020011001365615

I purchased another SIM from 8 Ta store in Sandton city, the issue remains the same. SIM no 89270200110013195231.

kindly assist in getting this resolved as i look forward to a long term relationship with the service provider and this kind of service would just take customers away.
