I decided to sign up for the debit order with multichoice last month when i paid my account at the CPT office in N1 city. I paid the account but the agent who assisted me calculated incorrectly adn there was still a shortfall of R9.00 on the account. She also advised that our account was paid up until 2 April. So this morning my accoutn is debitted for the amount of R231.00 in total. Now I would like to know was this so called R100 discount even allocated bacause I have the Compact of /- R250.00 a month. this doesnt make sense to me. I needs someone to advise me accordingly. bacuse my account is not in arrears bacuse the debit order went off 12pm this evening and i my account was paid in full till the 2 apr. i need thsi sorted out asap. this is not the first time that multichoise messes up.
