8ta / Telkom Mobile
No service received from service provide

Since getting the contract in March 2013, I have had bad or no service from various 8ta providers. At first the phone had to be updated on receiving it and it would not update. Eventually that was sorted out and since then I have not had reception when others using MTN network had signal. I have moved to Durban and the saga continues. After visiting an 8ta shop in the Pavilion last Friday, I cannot send or receive emails, I have lost all downloaded documents and other down loads as well as ALL my contacts. I am trying to run a business with the help of the Samsung Galaxy S3 and I was told it is like a computer. Well maybe, but 8ta is not a service provider. I have contacted the 8ta offices on numerous occasions to cancel the contract but it seems as they just do not care. Please warn everyone out there not to sign up with 8ta as they will also be on the losing side.
If you can at all help with canceling this contract with no further cost to me, it will be much appreciated.
