Disgusting Lack Of Service

I had a RCS card in 2007. To my knowledge it had been paid in full. In fact I had a card so long ago I forgot I ever had one! A week ago I was contacted and notified that I had been handed over! I was shocked and was actually convinced that I was being targeted by a syndicate. In all the 7 years not once has anyone from accounts had the decency to notify me that there is an outstanding amount on my account (my postal address and email address has not changed), it has now been so many years that I no longer have any statements and have no way of proving whether or not the account had in fact been paid or not.

Due to the negligence and complete lack of service from RCS I now have 7 years worth of interest to pay with the insult of being handed over for an account that I was completely unaware I owed money on.

I have started paying immediately, good thing it doesnt take me several years to get something done!

I demand that this injustice is rectified.
