Terrible attitude - talking over me, not listening to my story and when asked to be put through to manager got - first in meeting, then not in. When called on these - she cut me off. Vodacom is a rip-off company - making me pay for my contract when I cancelled it in April and then again in early May. Never going back to Vodacom - sad that you will lose a customer from 2000. Also will be taking away my family's contract - that's 4 more lost for you.
