I Have done what you said Darlene Daniels. I have waited for the package, That RAM delivered 20 minutes past 12 because my address was captured incorrect (what i cannot think why because i did everything ONLINE) I phone Vodacom asking my prepaid number to be ported and they said that it was supposed to be done by YOU guys? now i got a completely strange number that i REFUSE to keep as i stipulated that i wanted the number PORTED. Now when i spoke to you on the phone now. you said that its MY fault and i had to do this with my INITIAL order. Well there was no space on the web form to do that and that your incompetent consultants did not complete my RECORDED TELEPHONIC REQUEST. I am FED UP and will make certain That i will be Voiced and will call the MD regarding this. Because you dont admit a mistake, You pass the buck to the customer.
