Ver frustrated

On Saturday 11/05/2013 i went to 8ta Maponya to enquire about my upgrade. I was shocked to find out that upgrade has been done on the 01/05 by someone. The consultant asked me to bring affidavit and then they will investigate. I then submitted the paperwork at Westgate and i was promised that someone will call and assist me. Today I call 8ta customer service number 180 and was transferred to Support the person there was clueless and told me on my sim card there were no contacts so she can't assist me. The thing is my Sim Card is working and already upgraded but I did not do the upgrade and this new upgrade billing is done under my name. Please Assist as noe one has a clue on what is going on.
