I received a letter of demand for an outstanding amount of R4881.68. I have never even received an normal bill to pay. My contract for internet usage expired, now they send me this. Please help me to sort this out. I am unemployed and do not have that kind of money to pay. I also had a debit order that went off each month, and never did they send me a letter telling me that I did not pay.
