I cancelled my 5GB internet service to switch over to an uncapped service. The next month and the month there after I am still being billed for the 5GB service in addition to the uncapped. I have cancelled 3 times and was promised each time the service is cancelled. It took more than an hour to get through to someone at the call center after three days of no one answering. Why has telkom taken the authority away from their retail stores to cancel services? Retail stores can now only make promises and sell services and then tell you to sort your own problems out. If this is not sorted before the next payment is due I will switch over to MWEB.
