I tried to apply for WASP services for our non-profit organization. Brendan sent me an email containing lingo used in their industry which I really don't understand (as if he'd understand lingo used by psychologists!) and upon requesting that he call me or provide me with a telephone number so I could call him to get more information and discuss the options available he simply chose to ignore me.
Well done Brendon! I took up the service with VODACOM who gave me excellent service, immediate response and really helped me in a decent manner. I'm glad MTN is in such a great position that you don't need the business. maybe you'll care more about customers once your other African offices close down...
