I have been having this problem for months now & even after contacting CellC I still have the same problem. I have spoken to the guys on social media. I also got and email with a spreadsheet to fill out. Every evening I cant access the internet and I am now fed up with this. If you guys cant solve this just relieve me of my contract and let me get someone who will have me up 24/7.
