No phone or feedback on phone but money is debited

I have reported in incident where 8ta is requesting money for NOT repairing my phone and I refused to pay that money as I was not told about it. Now they have kept the phone but every month money is debited from my account. Worst of all a debit order went off twice this month. Is this fair to a customer though???
