Poor service again from autopage

I logged a call a few days ago to autopage regarding my account billing that changed drastically. this request was logged onto a secure account with user name and password. now they came back to me stating that i must supply id = 10 last called cell numbers.. i cant wait for my contract to expire after 12 years auto o! @#$% themselves for the bad service received
