I lodged my company name change on CIPC's website, and then had the documents delivered to CIPC (lodgement desk) on 9 Sept 2013. It was sent via Courier, so have the proof of delivery that it was delivered.
I then sent numerous emails to find out if the documents was received by the lodgement desk so that the actual name change process can begin, and till date no one even bothered to reply to me or just to confirm with a simple "Yes" or a "NO" that they received the documents.
I even sent it to the following emails to find out if someone did receive it, but no one bothers to reply back. (as these were the emails listed on their SERVICE DELIVERY STANDARDS form found on their own website)

All I want to know if they did receive it, and if I need to send another copy so that my company name can be changed!
