Paid for sim swap - not done
Called contact centre - no advice
Called contact centre 4 days in a row - 4th day received proper advice, 4th day was told 082111 could not assist
Went into store in JHb - promised sim swap would be done - not done
Credit card that sim comes in not received - handset is puk blocked
7 days on a contract with a broken old handset as the new handset cannot be used due to NO SERVICE from Vodacom
No follow up
No customer service
