I am a MTN Corporate client. I have sent our account manager a simple query on 22 April. I had no response. I forwarded the e-mail again and copied Tatum Jones. Not even as much as a reply. I can kick myself for renewing myself and my wife's contracts again with MTN. I am due for a upgrade within the next year, but I have had it with their useless customer service, sorry, non existent.
