Ive been going back and forth with CellC, ITC and various other companies relating my credit.
I applied for a contract with CellC, and they tell me I am approved for the contract, but because I have 3 notices against my name due to a "bad credit", I cant get the contract.
But when I phone ITC themselves, they tell me I only have 1 thing against me. And that thing shouldn't even be a problem as it was not my fault in the first place. Vodacom basically me over, lost my ALL of my account info, stop debiting my account, and call me 3 months later to tell me I owe them R1500...
The lawyers call me, and even though it wasn't my fault, I make an payment arrangement and Ive honored that arrangement from day 1. And that can be confirmed with the layers at the Symington & deKok firm.
Now I truly fee that is unfair that because of something that was NEVER my fault, I cant get a contract that I can more than afford. I was not even given the chance to explain my side of the story.
