On 22 April, my 3g internet stopped working. I was told by Autopage that the network was down. On Thurs 24 April, I phoned MTN, who told me that I was over my cap by R 6800, and they have cut me off. I was not notified of being on my cap. i use my internet for work purposes, and have since been offline. i am also waiting since last Thursday to get an itemised bill from them. i have had this contract with them for several years, and have never had this sort of problem before.
