Very helpful staff

I would like to compliment the staff from the Telkom outlet in Kenilworth Centre, Cape Town, who went out of their way to assist me, namely; Taariq Coetzee, Etienne Hartzenberg and Arthur Lesch.
I would also like to compliment the technician, Jan Bosman who came out, after two other technicians had misdiagnosed my problem (see complaint dated 19 April 2013) and, after spending time doing the proper checks, sorted it out effeciantly.
