Having purchased a micro chip for an iPad - after assurance that I could return same for a full refund if the coverage proved insufficient at my address - the procedure of procuring a refund was painful. I phoned the technical helpline - they told me to take it back for a refund. I was told the money would be credited to our account in 'about 2 weeks'. After mentioning the Consumer Protection Act, however, this was miraculously possible within one working week! Poor customer service from a store that supposedly won 'store of the year' award. Who votes for this award?? I wait with bated breath for my refund...
