Cancelled my internet in February and due to an error on afrihost part I was provided with a credit of R300. I activated my service again on the hopes of better service... to my belief I was wrong. My bqnk account was charged with fees for the service and penalty fees for charges and my internet was suspended. I contacted afrihost to query why my bank was charged when I have a credit. I was advised to call on Monday when the finance department was in. this means my service wil stay suspended. after requesting to speak to a manager I was advised that theagent was one and that there is nothing that can be done. I thought. pathetic service and ignorant agents, how afrihost stay top in ratings, I dn't understand...
