I upgraded a cell phone contract. After 3 weeks it is still not working. nobody will call me back. they tell me the problem is fixed. I am disgusted. I am already paying for a contract I can not use.
They will also not give me a number that I can call to lodge a complaint. Talk about a company that treats its customers like
