It took me numerous telephone calls to SAYA and Planet Fitness Roodepoort to resolve the issue that they handed me over MONTHS after my contract was cancelled by me and AFTER receiving an email from them ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT of my cancellation... so on 16 April 2013 I receive an email with my statement that I owe them nothing. I reply to the Wellness Manager (Marlize) and copy the branch manager on the EMAIL ADDRESS on the website [Email Removed] (wrong email address!) asking for a letter confirming that I owe them nothing, that my contract is NOW cancelled and that they have withdrawn the case from SAYA... zip..zilch... nothing... I am tempted to use another word... F... all. 10 days today not even a acknowledgement of receipt of my email. How pathetic can you be?? Today I walk in at the Gym at 14h45... Marlize not there (working half day?) Branch Manager not there (also half day?) Visibly upset the receptionist (a male) smiles at me..I ask for the branch manager cell number - nope cant have it he doesnt offer to call the manager - when I insiste he call the manager I am told come back Monday I insist and Ieventually speak to the manager - so lets see if I get my letter.
