My elderly mother went to planet fitness on Monday. The automatic doors closed on her as she passed over the middle threshold. This is not the first time it has happened and it happened to me as well when I was walking with my baby.
Several people who were going to gym rushed to help her, the manager of the club was not on site. Her arm is seriously hurt and she has had to have medical care. The skin has been completely scrapped off and the arm is bandaged. She is in a lot of pain.
I sent planet fitness an email from their website, they have not even had the curtsey to respond.
She has spoken to them about their automatic doors previously.
