The service and attitude at the PWC Cycle Track in Bryanston is a disgrace. Committments are not honoured, phone calls are not returned and this by management too. When questioned, their answer is not one of professionalism or apology, but rather, "we will give your money back". It would seem that good customer service is too much effort! Just a bad attitude all round!
