We had planet fitness people coming to our offices last year looking for people to join their gym at reduced price. I joined and the agent advised I should collect the membership package from their gym. Went same day to collect package to my surprise agent have changed price to R199 as earlier price was for Vitality members (he never mentioned before). I immediately cancelled my membership in writing with them. I never visited their gym once. Now after 4 months, PF started to deduct R199 & I have called the branch and spoke to Clive who advised it was a mistake and he will fix it.
Up till now they still debiting and I keep on calling them till today and Amelia advised Clive is not in the office and their systems are offline.*Bull*
PF people are, they change debit reference numbers every month. Hence I never visited their gym I don't even know the membership number. Reference numbers they used on my bank statement: Nov 2012 PFGYM FEE-Z02603385 026, Jan 2013: Planetfs/ 43361710pfgym
