I am so disappointed with this Gym. We enrolled to this gym 2 weeks ago. When the contract was explained to us by Gustav he said it is R249.00 per couple per month. The first month is free so the first payment will only go off end March 2013.Just to be called in by Werner after 2 weeks who is telling us Gustav is not working there anymore and it is R199.99 per person per month. We already paid R800.00 per couple for joining fees so we told them we just want our money back because this is very unprofessional and this should not be our problem. Now must write a letter to cancel our membership although it has only been signed by us not by them so how is that contact valid and they will see if we can get our joining fees back. This is very unprofessional and they are in bridge of contract now it seems like they are saying we are at fault and they will see if they are going to give our money back.
