2 weeks ago I went to the Escape Gym to sign up a gym contract for my sister and myself. We were looking for a consultant that was assisting us but unfortunately on that day he was I'll. A gentleman, named Collin insisted on assisting us so we agreed. We were taken to a consulting room and signed the contract with the assistance of Tatum. She processed my payment for the joining fee. I thereafter enquired about access cards and Tatum answered me very rude and abruptly telling me she is only doing me a favor. I tore up my contract and requested for a refund. Then Collin came out and also started speaking abruptly and swearing at us.
Tatum and Collin should not be in the service industry as they have no mannerism or people skills. They offer disgusting services at the gym.
