I am very unhappy with the service delivery, the equipment at lowest of standard. I upgraded to Superclub thinking it would be better, I cancelled it within 5 days, as it was not worth it- For the past 3 months they have been billing me for Super Club - How lovely, Head office doesnt answer. I get a call from the branch. saying its sorted when its not. I am furious, Im seeing another Health & Raquet case here if this is the way they continue. I am still waiting for 3 months for my complaint and my funds to stop.
