It saddens me that I have to resort to HelloPeter but I have contacted the gym in person and by email as well as contacting head office.
At the Planet fitness in bedfordview expansions and improvements were made about 3 months ago. for the past three months there has been a shortage of free weights. this to an extent whereby you weight for up to 20 min just to get weights. I have resorted to taking my own weights into gym in order to actually have a decent work out. I was assured by staff at the gym 2months ago that by October 1st there would be new weights now when I question them I get told that head office are stalling the process. in the last month I have complained ta the gym as well as to head office but have still haven't received a response
I pay a lot of money to come to this gym and this is unacceptable that this is the current situation. the gym itself is big and spacious however I regret moving from virgin active as there I did not experience such issues.
