Billed for NOT being a custome

I ended my contract last year November and this month I get a deduction taken off my account. I gave them 48 hours to return the money and just as expected, nothing! Terrible service!

The lack of urgency of their staff is suspect and highly questionable. I want my money back and the back fees also paid into my bank account! I will NOT let this slide! Facebook and Twitter will hear about this if I don't get a refund in 24 hours!
