Deduction of R309 whilse contract ended

I signed a contract with Virgin Active last year and my contracted ended this year in August 2013. They deducted R309 from my account for September and when i claimed it back they told me stories and they said they will call me back. Its been two weeks now still waitng for their call. Please help!
