At the beginning of December 2013 I complained via this forum about the pathetic service of PF. I received a reply on this forum stating that they had advised me to supply copies of documentation. This was incorrect as I had told them that I no longer had the documents and if they intended following through with their threat to prosecute then they would need to supply the documents as proof. I heard no more so posted another complaint on this forum where I again explained why I did not owe them anything. The response was an abject apology and a promise to finalise the complaint soonest. This was on the 30th December 2013. On the 7th January 2014 I got an email from them which was very nicely worded but with the threat that my wife and I were both being handed over for non payment. Where to next. After many postings to solve the problem I have now decided that I will no longer respond to them and if they choose to continue with their threats I will hit them with a counter suit to recover the monies they wrongfully withdrew from my wife's bank account as well as costs involving my time and effort. It is apparent they have a problem as there are over 110 complaints in Jan 2014 alone
