Membership Type and Premiums

I have received a letter from Planett Fitness, advsing me that that my premium will be increased effective 2014 February 1, by from R205 to R320. I have asked to change my membership to a local membership instead than regional membership due to price increase.
I was informed that I need to pay an amount of R150 for the transfer. I did that. According to the letter I received if I transfer from Regional to Local I'll be paying R265.
My preferred station was Centurion Gate since in anyways I have been using it

I am dealing with Ravi Sukdeo, Customer Services Manager, I am not getting any joy from his service. He even suggested that if I want to cancell my contract with Planet fitness I can do.

To my suprise the same premium that was supposed to be effective was now increase before it could be even implemented, was now further increased from R265 to R365 yesterday. I do not understand this. Please help me. My account is HEN_ MAK0068.
