We are financially a bit tight currently and decided to cancel our gym fees. I wrote a query on line regarding this. Nadia responded in good time and was very helpful. She came up with a solution and a grace period of four months. In a world where everyone just demands and have no empathy this is really appreciated. She also mailed the documents we need to complete and we didn't need to wait days for a response. I am really impressed. Thank you.
