I am premium member for just over two years and wished to enquire about the classic membership prices. When I enquiredwith the two ladies at the reception I was told that they don't know and that I should find out on my own. What surprises me is that I am willing to offer more business to the group but I must do all the work on my own. The least these two women could have done is contact one of the sales consultants to enquire about the price, but they chose to make it my responsibility. But I guess this is an issue with all the clubs at which Lingum is the manager as I experienced poor service regularly at Mt. Edgecombe as well.
