No delivery after winning a hampe

I have entered a competition in the Mamas & Papas magazine to win a Nivea hamper to the value of R1000. At the end of January 2013 I received notification from the magazine that I had won and was over the moon! This is the first time that I have ever won a prize and because I am pregnant, this was just the cherry on top. Today is 9th April and I still havent received my prize. I have been told numerous times by the PA of the magazine that Nivea will contact me to reconfirm my postal details and date of delivery but no one has. Not a phone call, email or sms was received from Nivea. This is very disappointing as Nivea is a good product, one that I have been using since my teens, but they cannot hold up to their promises. I have expected better service from such a great company. My daughter will be born soon and by then my prize might still not be here. I just request that Nivea don't advertise something if they are not willing to follow through.
