I have been trying since the 22nd of November to cancel my gym membership. I was quoted a cancellation penalty, which I went and paid. I have since discovered that my termination has not been processed and since then I have been given a huge run-around. My membership was supposed to be cancelled as at 31 December and another debit was processed at the beginning of January.
I am at my wits end. Nobody is taking any responsibility and one waits for almost 30 minutes on the phone when trying to get through.
