Still debited after i cancelled my membership

I cancelled my membership last year 2013 in october. The one responsible and confirmed with me that I will not be debotted anymore from november anymore is Cassy and her colleague Charlotte. I have received this on black and white!! End of november they still debitted me an amount of ~ R 1536.The monthly fee is R 488!!
I called and informed Cassy again, she said that she will make sure that its fixed and will make someone call me the next day. Nowend of december they still debited me R 536!! Is this not /?? because I cancelled my membership, but they are still debitting me. I called today the 7th of january again to inform cassy. The lady that answered promised that she will get back to me, but as ussual nobody did, so i called again.i waited longer then 10 minutes and cassy never came to speak to me over the phone. Planet Fitness has cause me big problems numerous times since I have was a member since 2008.They are litterly making my life inconvenient. When I spoke to cassy, i felt as if it was my fault, yeah I know WEIRD.i have done my part and that is canceling my membership. They need to make sure that they will not debit again because like I said, THIS IS AND!
