Egmont Pauls was driving a company vehicle and collided into my vehicle while I was stationary at a red traffic light. The accident was on 6 December 2013. I have sent him the information requested information by him in order to process the claim. It is now a month later. To date I have received no feedback. I am now unable to contact him. He rejects my calls when I try to contact him. The accident was Egmont's fault and he should take responsibility and resolve this issue. This is a poor reflection on Phela-Live. I would have no confidence in this company based on my experience with this staff member. Your assistance will be appreciated.
