Poor Service

On 9 January 2013 I was involved in a motorcar accident with my car. A driver of another vehicle bumped into the back of my stationary car and pushed my car into the vehicle in front of my car. The accident was reported to my Insurance Company and I had to take my car on 17 January 2013 to their assessors for assessment of damage. I was then contacted by their service provider, but they could only book the car in for repairs on 12 February 2013 and on 6 March 2013 I was told to come and fetch my car. They were unable to do any repairs as the rear door that was ordered, was not in a satisfactory condition to be fitted and another one was ordered from overseas. I then received notification that I could check in my car on 3 April 2013. No sooner was the car booked in, when they informed me that they stripped the car but were unable to proceed with repairs as the boot floor was so damaged that they had to order another unit from overseas. This is now more than 4 months since the accident, which was not my fault, and I am really very desperate in need of answers and more importantly, I need transport to get to work as my current arrangement for transport ends 29 May 2013.
