My planet fitness contract has been paid up in full, I paid a cancelation fee in May 2013 but still are they deducting money from my account, I have spoken to a few managers at the branch where they have made promises to resolve this problem, it seems that these manangers are not competent to be in that position as the money is still going of my account, I dont know any more how to resolve this issue, they just keep making promisses but the problem does not getting resolved.
