I will repeat this for the last time: I DO NOT RECEIVE ANY CLUB BENEFITS CLUB BOOKLETS OR ANYTHING TO DO WITH FOSCHINI CLUB BUT YET I'M ALWAYS GETTING CHARGED FEES FOR THIS ON MY ACCOUNT! Delete... Erase any club fees from my account PLEASE! How difficult is this to do. I pay my account off and not long after that I will again receive an account with odd R30 outstanding. When I enquired about this the lady at the counter in Knysna could almost not explain to me what the outstanding odd amount was for but according to her "suspected THAT IT COULD BE FOR THE CLUB FEE OF SOME SORT. I explained to her that I never receive any correspondence indicating that I was a club member or that I joined??? For some reason she could not verify this information as they were offline or something. Check my account and stop charging me for rubbish that I know nothing about. AND PLEASE DONT WASTE MY TIME TO PHONE ME ABOUT THE ACTUAL RECENT PURCHASE OF A JACKET IN KNYSNA MALL. I'm referring to debits of small amounts before that when my account was PAID UP with NO TRANSACTION HISTORY of any purchases made by me. thank you
