Unauthorised Debit From Account! No Communication!

There was an unauthorised debit from my account of R1250 on the 31st of December 2012.
I don't understand how this could have happened, as I was in constant communication with the Virgin Active call centre in December, and it was not mentioned to me that they would be debiting my account.
Also, I did lodge a complaint with the call centre agent about this matter on the 2nd of January 2013, and requested that Management contact me.
To date, being the 10th January 2013, nobody has contacted me.
This type of service is unacceptable and unprofessional from an organization that forms part of the Virgin group of companies.
Kindly contact me so that we can discuss as to why the money was debited from my account, and please communicate with your customers!
