Can only say this company pure/simple committed a removing money via debit order from a bank account without prior permission. we had yes had contracts but dont now. took 4 contracts From day 1 P.F immediately in writing debit orders cancelled by me. It took 7 mnths to get through to the thick skulls but in meantime it cost me reverse fees and stop charges I want back. took me going to lawyers which didnt help either as this P.F believes they are above the law. Eventually Dec 2011 P.F handed over and debt collect PHOLSA informed accounts were handed over by ME taking their client on. SHOCKED DEBT LADY. Eventually agreed we pay certain amount IN FULL settlement of contracts. PAID, FAX POD, RECEIVED LETTERS. Huh thought over till they now my money Oct and Nov 2013 thus committing. Even attorney informed them debit order cancelled. Contract for Andrew cancelled Sept 2012 in wrting as expiring Oct 2012 but not done again every 3mnth sms owe, but even new debt collect agrees DONT OWE when POD given but Planet dont stop. NO ALTERNATIVE LAW SUIT NOW P.F MUST PAY ALL OLD COSTS AND NEW COSTS. no contact plse on mobile not avail. sick of yr company
