Double bill after cancelling a month ago

My 3 year contract with Planet Fitness ends on the 1 February 2014 however, I have cancelled my contract on the 1 November 2013. I was told that I will receive an email with the settlement amount, which I never received. I then got double billed, R232.01 X 2, this month (which I was told they do at the end of each year which I would have never got if I settled). I called yesterday the 2 December 2013 in which the call center agent told me that he can see that there was a cancellation put on my account. He then said he needs to take it up with his superior WHICH WAS ON LUNCH. He also told me that he will send me an email with the Reference to the call. I am still waiting on both the email and the call from his superior to cancel my account and reimburse me for the money that was taken from me. I tried calling today (3 December 2013) but cannot get through to a call agent BUT WHY MUST I KEEP CALLING AND WASTING MY AIRTIME AND THE FAULT WITH PLANET FITNESS. The service is disgusting.
