The manager doesn't respond to customer conplaints and I called early this morning becos I was double billed for the 2nd time and she still hasn't gotten back to me. And when I spoke to the girl at the front desk, she told me the second bill was for maintanence which I was not informed of and that's is not my problem nor was it stated in my contract. I am furios with this gym because I work hard and pay every month and yet they feel they can jus help themselves.
