Unauthorised debit

I cancelled my membership a while ago and I am still getting this debit going off my account. I have reversed this too many times that I have lost count. This month only I have done this 4 times. Thabang promised to call me and I am still waiting till today. Another amount of R250 went out on my account again on 27/112013
